摘要
高职教育的质量主要体现为教学质量,而课程体系则是体现教学质量的关键环节,是高职教育特色的重要载体。本文对广东农工商职业技术学院与美国国王郡社区学院旅游专业课程体系进行比较,从文化差异角度分析其对高职教育课程体系建设的影响,认为文化差异影响到课程体系的岗位群设计、培养目标,同时也影响到课程体系的实施方式和评价手段。我们在引进和借鉴国外的高职教育理念和课程体系时,需要从文化适应的角度不断完善旅游专业课程体系。
The quality of polytechnic education mainly reflects in its teaching effect, and the curriculum system is the key point of teaching quality, the important carrier of the features in polytechnic education. This essay cites the comparison of the curriculum system in tourism education between Guangdong AIB polytechnic college in China and Kingsborough Community College in the USA, and analyzes the impact of cultural differences to the curriculum system in polytechnic education, and deems that the cultural differences influence the design of qualified post group, training objectives and even the mode of execution and appraisal: While we are introducing and imitate the theory and curriculum system of polytechnic education in foreign countries, we should consciously choose and practice from the perspective of cultural adaptation.
