摘要
为了研究山东省高职院校青年教师专业发展困境问题，设计了“高职院校青年教师专业发展情况个人调查问卷”，利用EXCEL等工具进行数据统计，调查结果表明：青年教师是高职教育教学的主力军，但其专业发展环境不理想。本文主要从学校、社会、个人三方面探讨了青年教师专业发展存在的问题及对策。
In order to study the professional development dilemma faced by the youth teachers in Shandong Vocational Colleges, we designed and carried out the ＂Individual Questionnaire Survey on Professional Development of Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges＂, and got the relevant statistics with Microsoft tools such as excels and so on. The survey results show that the young teachers are the main force of the higher vocational education, but their professional development environment is not that ideal. This paper mainly discusses the problems and Countermeasures of the young teachers＇ professional development from three aspects： school, society and individual.
