现代师生关系在利益关系、角色关系和人与人的关系三个层面上出现了商业化、物质化、异化等新的特点。现代师生关系的伦理调适，在利益关系上应突出双方利益的道义性，在角色关系上应强化教育者的社会责任，在人与人的关系上应强调双方人格平等基础上的相互尊重。如此才能建立民主、平等、和谐的现代师生关系。

The Modern Relationship between Teachers and Students takes on new characteristics as commercialization, ma- terialization and dissimilation at three levels ： the interest relationship, the role relationship and the relationship of person to per- son. The ethical adjustment of modem relationship between teachers and students should emphasis the morality and justice of bi- lateral interests in the interest relationship, strengthen pedagogue＇ s social responsibility in the role relationship, and emphasize the mutual respects based on the equality of personalities of the two sides in the relationship of person to person. Only in this way can we establish the democratic, equal and harmonious modem relationship between teachers and students.
