课程管理制度的变革给我国独具特色的教研室系统带来了挑战，也带来很好的发展机遇。浦东新区教研室需要抓住机会，重新进行功能定位，在分析现状、总结经验、理顺各种工作关系的基础上，深入思考和着力构建具有浦东特色的区域教研模式。

On reform of curriculum management systems, China＇ s unique systems of teaching and research will be faced a lot of challenges and opportunity for development. Teaching and research department of Pudong region need to seize the opportuni- ty, to locate the new function.Through the analysis of the present situation and summing up experience, straightening out the vari- ous working relationships, we will think deeply and construct regional teaching and research mode with Pudong characteristics.
