摘要
目的研究人活体部分小肠移植术受体围手术期Th1/Th2相关细胞因子的变化及与排斥反应的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定受体围手术期血清sIL 2R ,IL 4和IL 6水平 ,并与内镜活检病理结果相比较。结果受体术后第1天出现sIL 2R升高的第1个高峰 ,并于术后第12天基本达术前水平。第2个高峰出现于第65天 ,并于第67天达高峰。而受体于第67天出现较强烈的排斥反应 ,两天后得到控制 ,sIL2 R水平于第82天达正常水平。IL 4和IL 6水平未见升高。结论sIL 2R术后立即的升高可能与手术创伤及移植物缺血再灌注损伤相关 ,sIL 2R的再次升高与排斥反应密切相关。
Aim To investigate the clinical significances of Th1 and Th2 associated cytokines in living related small bowel transplantation. Methods The double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect the level of sIL 2R, IL 4 and IL 6 in the recipient's serum. Results ELISA showed that sIL 2R increased immediately in the recipient serum and declined to the level of pre transplantation on the 12th day after small bowel transplantation. And sIL 2R increased again on the 65th day, reached its peak on the 67th day, and recovered on the 82th day. The histology indicated that the acute rejection occurred in the recipient on the 67th day after operation. The IL 4 and IL 6 were undetectable. Conclusions The elevation of sIL 2R immediately after small bowel transplantation might be associated with operative wound, damage of allograft ischemia and re perfusion, and sIL 2R increase again on the 65th day might be close associated with acute allograft rejection.
