摘要
孙中山强调"民主",倡导"民权",关注"民生",处处重视"以民为本"。他认为国家是人民所共有,政治是人民所共管,利益是人民所共享,提出国家之本在于人民,人民是国家的主人与基础,因此,为官者不论大小,都是为人民办事、受人民节制的公仆。他的人本领导思想是对中国古代民本思想的继承和发展,是对西方人本思潮的学习和扬弃,时至今日其中蕴含的丰富内涵仍值得我们不断地去继承和发扬。
SUN Yatsen emphasized on ＂ democracy＂,advocated ＂ civil rights＂,paid attention to ＂ people＇s livelihood＂ and always valued＂ people-oriented ＂.He emphasized that our country is shared by the people,politics is the condominium,interest is the sharing,the people are the masters and foundation of the state,so officials are all the public servants who should work for the people and supervised by the people.His ＂ humanistic＂ leadership thoughts inheritances Chinese ancient people-oriented thoughts,at the same time it also learned and developed the western humanistic thoughts.Today it still contains so much connotation which need us to inherit and carry forward constantly.
