摘要
利用有限元分析软件DYNAFORM对汽车B柱加强板进行了回弹模拟分析,并以工程经验指导成形性及回弹补偿工艺的设计。利用ATOS光学扫描仪扫描得到板件的实际状态,与零件数模进行对比分析。结果表明:该工艺方法可以大大减少板件回弹量,提高冲压件质量,对工程生产具有重要指导意义。
The simulation analysis on spring-back of automobile B-pillar reinforced plate was made by the finite element analysis software DYNAFORM. The forming process, consid- ering spring-back compensation, was designed based on engineering experience. The actual state of panel got by ATOS optical scanner was compared with the product model. The re- sults showed that the process can greatly reduce spring-back of the product, and improve the quality of the stamping parts.
