摘要
分析凸台精密齿形零件加工工艺及步骤,解决了仪表齿形零件用冲齿模加工成形的技术难题,提高了零件的生产效率,在模具结构和加工方法上有所创新。
The forming process of precision convex gear parts was analyzed. A punching die for the instrument gear was designed to solve the technical problem of forming instrument gear and the production efficiency was also improved.
