摘要
介绍了电池安装盒注射模采用热流道浇注系统的结构形式,通过应用斜导柱侧向抽芯机构,解决了塑件侧孔的脱模。热流道浇注系统的采用,缩短了制件的成型周期,节省了原料,在很大程度上提高了塑件质量。经大批量生产检验,制件的尺寸精度高,注射成型工艺过程稳定可靠。
The structure and type of the hot runner gating system used in the injection mould for a battery installing box were presented. Through the side core-pulling mecha- nism using angle guide pillar, the demoulding of side hole was realized. The moulding cy- cle was shortened and the material was saved by using the hot runner gating system while the quality of products was also improved.
