摘要
为了减小变频系统漏电电流,提高用电系统安全程度,就漏电流产生的机理进行了相关的理论分析,并通过大量的实验测试,得到漏电流产生的关键因素是变频器内部的高次谐波,从而给出了改善漏电流的一些行之有效的方法,比如:减小变频器的载波频率、提高电机的绝缘强度等,这些方法对减小漏电流、保证人身、设备安全有非常明显的作用。
In order to reduce the leakage current in frequency system and enhance electric safety,based on a lot of experimental tests,a theoretical analysis of the leakage problems generating mechanism in frequency system was made and concluded that the crucial factor of obtaining leakage current is high harmonics in frequency convertor.Therefore,it presented some practical methods of improving leakage current,namely,reducing carrier frequency and improving the motor insulation strength,which play a very obvious role in cutting down leakage current,ensuring the safety of the people and that of the equipment.
