摘要
石油化工研究院自主开发了一套变频器水冷系统纯水技术,并在兰州石化20万t/a高压聚乙烯生产装置中压变频器和52万t/a尿素生产装置中压变频器上进行了工业应用,应用结果表明:采用该技术后,西门子公司变频器水冷系统纯水电导率可稳定在系统规定值内,且运行周期由原来的2 a提高到3 a;ABB公司变频器水冷系统循环水电导率可以稳定在0.15μS/cm以下,且纯水精致剂工作周期高于2 a,均优于该冷水系统的原有控制指标。该技术的成功应用不仅打破了国外厂家对进口变频器水冷系统技术的垄断,实现了水冷系统纯水技术的国产化,同时确保了生产装置的长周期稳定运行,降低了运行和维护成本。
A set of water purification technology in converter water-cooling system was developed by petrochemical research institute.The technology has been applied to medium voltage inverters of the 2 ×105 t/a LDEP plant and the 5.2×105 t/a urea plant.The obtained results show that the conductivity of water in water-cooling system of SIEMENS could be steady within the specified value and the operational cycle could be increased from 2 years to 3 years.The conductivity of water in water-cooling system of ABB could be steady blow 0.15 μS/cm and the water refined agent working cycle is higher than 2 years.These data were all superior to the original control index.The application of this technology has changed the situation of technical monopoly of water purification technology in converter water-cooling system by foreign country and attained cooling technology domestic-made.Furthermore,the new technology could assure steady operation of the plant in long period and as well as reduce operation and maintenance costs.
