摘要
自主开发新型长网压榨型洗浆机,采用全密封的气罩,使气罩和吸滤箱之间产生足够的压差,增加浆料置换洗涤的动力;独特的挡浆板和定幅装置设计,能保证浆料不渗漏,且经久耐用、结构简单、更换方便;在出料端增加了一套加压装置,由上下2根胶辊组成压区,使通过压区的浆料质量分数达到25%以上。基于以上特点,该机可推广应用于某些黏度大、洗涤困难并且要求出浆浓度高的浆种的粗浆洗涤系统中。
By independent research and development, this washer with sealed hood can generate enough pressure difference between the hood and suction filtration box to increase the power of stock displacement washing. Special pulp baffle and deckle device can ensure no pulp leakage, and it has advantages of durable service, simple structure and easy to be replaced. Added press device at discharge end, with upper and bottom rubber rolls, can achieve pulp consistency to be more than 25%. Based on above characteristics, this machine can be applied to some raw pulp washing system which pulp has large viscosity and washing difficult, and requires a high pulp consistency.
