摘要
电梯门控制系统是整个电梯系统中的重要组成部分,与乘客的体验好坏密切相关。文章基于TMS320F28035型号DSP芯片和三菱FR-S500型变频调速器设计了一个成本低,运行效果良好的电梯门机控制系统。采用结构化设计实现了门宽自学习、电机控制和人机交互等软件控制功能。经试验证明该系统运行良好,富有实用价值。
The elevator door control system is a critical component in the whole elevator system, it relates to passenger's using experience. In this thesis, an elevator door motor control system was designed, including AC motor, TMS320F28035 DSP and Mitsubishi Transistorized inverter. Combining these components with software designing, this system achieved functions such as door width self-learning, motor control and user-machine interface. The experimental result shows that the system performs well, and has practical value.
