摘要
国内广泛应用于造纸行业的摇振器主要依赖进口,且国内对此装置的研究较少。基于此,设计一种新型摇振器。利用2对偏心质量块在一定相位差条件下产生水平力有利振动的原理,设计了偏心块结构,并确定电机功率。这款新型摇振器成功改善了纸浆在网部纵横排列比,提高了纸品质量,并且具有体积小、噪音小、自动化程度高等优点。
Shaking device plays an important role in improving paper quality, and has been widely used in paper-making machinery. But domestic shaking device is mainly imported from abroad. Based on shaking principle, the mechanical unit, control unit and lubrication unit of shaking device were stated. Through the theory that two pairs of eccentric mass blocks will create good horizontal vibration under certain phase difference, eccentric block structure was designed, and motor power was determined. The new shaker device successfully improved pulp aspect ratio in wire section, enhanced paper product quality. It also has advantages of small size, low noise, and high degree of automation.
