摘要
传统100 m2多盘式真空过滤机采用主轴两端双分配阀式结构,由于结构繁杂,给设备安装和操作带来一定困难。通过对双、单分配阀结构主轴内流体压力损失与真空度进行定量、系统分析,得出了双分配阀和单分配阀主轴流体的压力损失占真空度比值较小,将设备两端分配阀结构改进为一端分配阀结构,达到结构简化、操作方便、降低成本的目的。
Traditional 100 m^2 multi-disc vacuum filters use the structure of double distributing valves at two ends of the spindle, it brings many difficulties to the equipment installation and operation due to its complex structure. Through quantitative and system analysis to flow pressure loss and vacuum degree in the double/single distributing valve spindle of multi-disc vacuum filter, making one end distributing valve structure instead of the both ends structure, in order to achieve the purpose of simplified structure, easy operation and cost reduction.
