多刀无芯冲切式自动铝管切断机结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对工厂中使用的老式切管机存在产品质量不稳定、加工效率低、工人工作强度大和人机交互性差等缺点,设计了基于PLC技术的多刀无芯冲切式铝管自动切断机。该切管机拥有自动上料、送料装置、自动切断装置、端面处理装置和切屑回收装置。设备使用结果表明:不仅改善了铝管端面的垂直度和大幅度提高了切断效率,而且改善了工作环境,保证工人的身体健康。该设备的结构设计满足现在生产企业的要求,测试结果达到预想目标,符合市场的要求。 With old pipe cutting machine having shortcoming of unstable product quality, low machining efficiency, intensive working strength and poor man-machine interaction, an automatic cutting machine was designed based on PLC technology, which greatly improved the accuracy and productivity of aluminum tube process. The pipe cutting machine has automatic feeding device, automatic cutting device, face processing equipment and chip recycle unit. Application results show that the aluminum pipe end verticality, the cutting efficiency, and working environment are greatly improved, which guarantees the security of workers. The design meets requirements of modem manufactories and market, and achieves desired result.
