摘要
合金钢材料的气流粉碎机粉碎嘴有与轴线成45°贯穿2面的锥孔,喷出口尺寸小,且硬度高,因此用常规的方法对它加工成了难题。文章对该零件如何在普通车床加工,作了深入的分析。提出了制作粉碎嘴刀具,制作粉碎嘴芯棒等辅助方法,从而将该零件加工完成。加工这种典型异型零件的方法对其它类似零件的加工有一定的参考作用。
There is a conical hole, with an angle of 45 through both sides of the nozzle of airflow disintegrator made of alloy steel. Due to the limited size of spray nozzle and its hardness, it is difficult to process it by conventional approach. The paper made a deep analysis on how to process the component in the common lathe and proposed complementary methods of making cutter and core rod for the nozzle so as to successfully process the component. The process of such typical hetero-shaped component could be the reference for processes of other similar components.
