摘要
针对1台管式加热炉辐射段出现部分炉管严重弯曲,部分上弯头存在撞击凹坑的情况,对该炉炉管进行宏观检查、厚度和硬度测定、外径检测、金相检验等多种方法,再结合工况对该炉炉管进行应力分析、腐蚀分析与蠕变评定等系列评估工作,通过评估分析认为该炉炉管严重弯曲以及上部弯头的撞击凹坑都因炉管底部导向管卡死造成炉管在垂直方向无法自由伸缩所致,同时该炉炉管的材料组织正常,无过热、蠕变迹象,未发现劣化损伤,仍能满足安全使用。
Recently, in the radiant section of a tube furnace, some furnace tubes appeared seriously bended and some elbows had hitting pits. This article described the macroscopic examination of furnace tube, thickness and hardness measurement, external diameter detection, metallographic examination. Combined with conditions of the furnace tube, some assessment were carried out, including stress analysis, corrosion analysis and creep assess. According to analysis, it reveals that severe bends of the furnace tube and upper elbow hitting pits are caused by disability of expansion in vertical direction resulted from locking of bottom guide tubes, meanwhile the material organization of furnace tube is normal, without overheating, creep signs or degradation damage which is still able to meet the safety requirements.
