摘要
利用波导的结构及其共振基本理论,建立了电场分布方程,根据边界条件和功率归一化得出色散方程.再利用Ey/x导出了表面等离子波(SPR)、长程表面等离子波(LRSPR)和双面金属包覆波导(RMW)3种传感器的灵敏度.3种波导的灵敏度正比于Pn/Ptotal.
The equation of electric-field distribution was established based on the fundamental theories of waveguide structure and the resonance,and also the dispersion equation was obtained according to the boundary conditions and power-normalization.Furthermore,the sensitivities of surface plasma wave(SPR),long-range plasma wave(LRSPR) and reversible metal-cladding waveguide(RMW) etc three sensors,were derived from E y / x.It is suggested that the sensitivities of three waveguides should be proportional to P n / P total.
