摘要
利用双波长比值光谱法测定混合物中诱惑红,日落黄和柠檬黄的含量.依据诱惑红,日落黄和柠檬黄三组分的比值光谱特征,以日落黄为干扰组分,选择215nm、295nm作为测定诱惑红的波长;以诱惑红作为干扰组分,选择233nm、357nm作为测定柠檬黄的波长;以柠檬黄作为干扰组分,选择219nm、302nm作为测定日落黄的波长,测定了诱惑红,日落黄和柠檬黄混合溶液中三组分含量.结果显示,诱惑红在0.8~30mg.L-1,日落黄0.7~33mg/L,柠檬黄在0.6~30mg.L-1的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好.本方法具有测定波长少,光谱分离能力强、计算简单、易于推广等特点.
A dual--wavelength ratio spectrometric method is presented for the determination of allura red, sunset yellow and tartrazine in mixed solution. According to the spectralcharacteristic of carmine, sun- set yellow and tartrazine,the wavelengths are chosen to be 215 nm and 295 nm for allura red detection un- der the disturbance of sunset yellow. The wavelengths are chosen to be 233 nm and 257 nm for tartrazine detection under the disturbance of allura red. The wavelengths are chosen to be 219 nm and 302 nm for sunset yellow detection under the disturbance of lemon yellow. Results shows that the developed standard curves for determining aliura red sunset yellow and tartrazine all exhibit good linearity over the concentration ranges of 0. 8- 30 mg· L^-1 , 0. 7- 33mg· L^-1 and 0. 6--30 mg· L^-1, respectively.
