摘要
仙人掌多糖具有降血脂、降血糖、增强免疫力、抗氧化等作用.本文综述了仙人掌多糖的结构研究进展,探讨了其降血脂作用及其机理,旨在为仙人掌资源优化和仙人掌多糖的进一步研究提供参考.
Opuntia polysaccharides are one of the biological active ingredients extracted from Opuntia with the effects of reducing blood lipid, reducing blood sugar, enhancing immune system function and anti --oxidation,. This article summarizes the progress of study about the structure, the activity of reducing blood lipid and its mechanisms of Opuntia polysaccharides, which will offer practical reference for its re- source optimization and further study.
