摘要
论文介绍了CYJW18-5-105HF型抽油机的应用情况及存在的问题;详细论述了抽油机的改进设计,包括对驴头、游梁、横梁、连杆、曲柄平衡装置、底座、支架和轴承座等主要零部件的改进设计;对改进后承载部件(如游梁、连杆、横梁等)进行了校核计算,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对支架进行了强度和刚度分析.结果表明,抽油机经过改进设计之后,结构趋于合理,动力性能大幅改善,安全性能得到提高.
The application situation and existing problems of CYJW18-5-105HF Pumping Units are introduced. It is discussed in the paper the improved design of Pumping Units in detail, including improved design of the main assembly structure, such as horse head, walking beam, equalizer, pitman, crank, base, framework and bearings, etc. The calculation of improved assembly structure, such as walking beam, pitman and equalizer are checked. Strength and stiffness of the framework are analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. Conclusion shows that, the improved pumping units have reasonable structure, greatly improved dynamic performance and high safety performance.
