摘要
教师发展的最低层次是威权之境界,其相应的教师角色定位主要是家长代言人;其次是才智之境界,其相应的教师角色定位是专家;再次为品德之境界,其角色定位是模范或完人;最高则为大道之境界,其角色定位是求道者。教师权威境界及角色定位的探索可能对于教师自我提高产生一定的启示,促进教师的自我提升,并能够超越前面的境界层次,以促进外部指导转变为内部的自我定向,从而不断提升教育工作的层次。
The lowest state is force state, and corresponding role orientation is spokesman of patri- arch. And the first high hierarchy is state of talents and intelligence, and the corresponding role orienta- tion is experts. The higher hierarchy is the state of moral, and the corresponding role orientation is model or perfect person. And the last, the highest hierarchy is a state of seeking for great Tao, the correspond- ing role orientation is Explorer for Great Tao. This paper hopes to provide some revelations for teacher's self growth, and expects teacher's self improvement to surpass the former states and to strive to reach the higher state. So in the end, it is expected to transform outside guide to inside one and to elevate the hierar- chy of one's educational cause.
