摘要
对不同类型催化剂生产的高密度聚乙烯管材料HD4801-1、HD4801-2进行性能分析。试验表明:HD4801-1的相对分子质量、熔体强度、氧化诱导期大于HD4801-2的,但剪切黏度小于HD4801-2的,HD4801-1的加工性能优于HD4801-2的。
The performance of polyethylene tube resin HD 4801-1, HD 4801-2 by using different catalysts was studied and compared with the mechanical property. The experiments show that the relative molec- ular mass and melt strength and oxidation induction time of HD 4801-2 is lower than that of HD 4801-1, but the shear viscosity of HD 4801-2 is inferior to HD 4801-1. The processability of HD 4801-1 is ex- celled than that of HD 4801-2.
