摘要 铁粉芯电感由于其高频损耗较低、饱和磁密高、气隙分布均匀等优点,在功率因数校正场合得到了广泛应用,但其非线性特性,也给电感的分析与设计带来了一定的困难。本文结合一台Boost PFC变换器,从纹波电流入手,给出了非线性电感的设计,并由此反推出磁芯选择依据的物理原理。为明确不同情况下电感的工作点,着重分析了该变换器中电感纹波电流与输入电压的关系。最后,利用回转器-电容仿真模型对电感进行建模,通过仿真和实验,证明了所建仿真模型和纹波电流分析结果的正确性。 Powder core inductor is widely used in power factor correction occasions because of its low dissipation, high saturation magnetic induction and even gap distribution, but its nonlinearity also brings us difficulties in analy- sis and design. This paper discussed the design of the nonlinear inductor in a Boost PFC converter based on current ripple, and analyzed the theory in core choosing through physical concept. Then, the relationship between the cur- rent ripple of the inductor and the input voltage was discussed, so the working point of the inductor is quite conven- ient to be confirmed. After the design, the model of the inductor was made using the gyrator-capacitor simulation model. Both the derivation of current ripple and the inductor model proved to be valid by simulation and experi- ments.
