The Design of Drive Circuit for Choose Needle of Full-automatic Computer Hosiery Knitter

本系统采用单片机控制,系统由PC机、输入接口、单片机、输出接口、驱动电路和显示电路等组成;主要根据系统的特殊要求,对输出接口和选针器驱动电路的设计思想和电路的工作原理作了较详细的介绍。本电路的特点是:电路采用+24 V和+5 V供电,给选针线圈通电(吸合针时)时,用+24 V供电;当针吸合后用+5 V供电;当释放针时,用+24 V给选针线圈反向供电;当针释放后,用+5 V给选针线圈反向供电。

This system is controlled by SCM,which is made up of PC,input interface,output interface,SCM,drive circuit,display circuit and so on.According to the system＇s special requirements,this article introduces the design philosophy and operating principle of output interface and choosing needle＇s drive circuit.The characteristic of this circuit is that： the voltage of power supply is ＋24 V and ＋5 V.When the power supply of choosing needle＇s coil is ＋24 V,needle will attract,when the needle is attracting,the power supply is ＋5 V.When the needle is needed to release,the service voltage is ＋24 V and the current direction is reversed.After the needle released,the service voltage is ＋5 and the current direction is reversed.
