旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前旧水泥混凝土路面的改造工程中,采用沥青加铺层是比较常见的方案,并在其间设置应力吸收层来控制反射裂缝。利用BISAR3.0程序分析了应力吸收层厚度和模量变化,对旧水泥混凝土路面非接缝和非裂缝区沥青加铺层结构应力的影响。计算结果表明:随着应力吸收层厚度的增加,沥青加铺层的路表弯沉和层底拉应力也不断地增加,并使路面内部的拉应力和剪应力均有不同程度的增大,且随着应力吸收层模量的增大,沥青加铺层内部的路表弯沉和层底拉应力及路面内部应力和剪应力均有不同程度的减小。 Currently, asphalt overlay is commonly applied in reconstruction of old cement concrete pavement, wherein stress-absorbing layer is set to control reflection crack. With BISAR 3.0 program, how thickness and modulus change of the stress absorbing layer affecting structural stresses in asphalt overlay in non-seam and non-crack zone on old cement concrete pavement were analyzed. The result shows that with increase of thickness of the stress-absorbing layer, not only surface deflection and bottom tensile stress of asphalt overlay continuously increase, but also tensile stress and shear stress inside the pavement increase differently; however, with increase of modulus of the stress-absorbing layer, not only the surface deflection and bottom tensile stress of asphalt overlay, but also the tensile stress and shear stress inside the pavement decrease to different extents.
