摘要
为了将江(河)砂作为路基填料用于高速公路工程,对填砂路基的压实技术展开了研究。根据室内试验得出的代表性砂土的最大干密度,制定出路基不同层位的压实控制指标与标准。依据填砂路基压实功的需求与既有碾压设备的工作性能,确定了压实机械的振动加速度与施工碾压速度。通过现场试验确定了不同松铺厚度下压实度与碾压遍数的关系,以及现场干密度与填料含水量之间的关系,从而确定了现场施工时对松铺厚度、碾压遍数与填料含水量的选择。提出了填砂路基的施工工艺流程。
In order to use river sand as subgrade filler for highway engineering, the compaction technology related is studied. First, by indoor test, the maximum dry density of the typical sand was obtained, and then the indices and norms of compaction control for different layers of the subgrade were formulated. Second, depending on demand of compaction effort for sand-filled subgrade and working performance of the existing rolling equipment, the vibration acceleration and the rolling speed of the compacting machine could be confirmed. Third, by site test, both the relationship between compaction degree and rolling times under different loose laying depth, and the relationship between site dry density and water content of the filler were confirmed, through which loose laying depth, be selected. Last, the construction process of rolling times and water content of filler for site construction may sand-filled subgrade was proposed.
