修建某高速铁路需要高性能混凝土。由于该地天然砂短缺,按就地取材原则,使用机制砂;采用粉煤灰、矿粉、聚羧酸高效减水剂"三掺"技术,优化混凝土配合比,所配制的高性能混凝土的工作性能、强度、耐久性均能满足设计要求。
The construction of express railway needs high performance concrete. Subjected to short of natural sand locally, machine-made sand is used, which adopts three additives, fly ash, mineral power and polycarboxylate superplasticizer to optimize the proportion of the concrete. As a result, the performance, strength and durability of high performance concrete prepared as such can meet the design requirement.
