冠心病患者血清总胆红素浓度变化及意义

THE CHANGE OF SERUM TOTAL BLIRUBIN CONCENTRATION AND ITS IMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

目的 :探讨血清总胆红素浓度变化与冠心病的关系。方法 :检测经选择性冠脉造影确诊的 1 2 8例冠心病患者及 1 0 3例冠脉正常人空腹状态下血清总胆红素浓度 ,分析冠心病患者血清总胆红素浓度变化。结果 :冠心病患者血清总胆红素浓度明显低于冠脉正常者 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且冠心病发病年龄愈低 ,胆红素水平也愈低 (P <0 .0 5) ,但冠脉病变支数似与胆红素水平无关 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :低血清胆红素水平可能是冠心病发生的原因之一 。

Objective :To explore the change of serum total bilirubin(STB) concentration and its clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease(CHI).Method:Fasting blood STB was measured in 128 patients with CHD and 103 controls with normal coronary arteries.The change of STB in patients with CHD was investigated restrospectively.Results:Patients with CHD had a significantly lower STB than that of controls(P<0.01).It seemed that the earlier the CHD started .the lower the STB was.but the level of STB didn't affect the number of diseaesed coronary arthery branches (P>0.05).Conclusion:Low STB concentration was probobly one of the cause of CHD,and this might be used to guide the diagnosis and treatment for CHD.
