不同术式治疗广基型声带息肉的临床疗效及术后嗓音功能的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy and Voice Function of Different Surgical in the Treatment of the Broad-based Type of Vocal Cord Polyp

目的:探讨不同术式治疗广基型声带息肉的临床疗效及对嗓音功能的影响。方法:将本院收治的93例广基型声带息肉患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予纤维喉镜切除术,观察组给予显微支撑喉镜切除术,观察两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率及嗓音功能。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率为94.5%(52/55),并发症发生率为9.1%(5/55),对照组临床总有效率为71.1%(27/38),并发症发生率为18.4%(7/38);观察组术后嗓音功能测试指标也显著优于对照组;两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微支撑喉镜切除术在广基型声带息肉治疗中疗效显著,对患者嗓音功能影响小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and voice function of different surgical in the treatment of the broad-based type of vocal cord polyp. Method：93 cases of broad-based type of vocal cord polyp patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in our hospital,the control group were given fiber laryngoscope surgery,the observation group were given the microscopy the laryngoscope surgery,the clinical efficacy,complications and voice function were observed. Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.5%（52/55）,the complication rate was 9.1%（5/55）,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.1%（27/38）,the complication rate was 18.4%（7/38）,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the voice function,the difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The microscopy the laryngoscope surgery is significantly better than the fiber laryngoscope surgery,the patient’s voice function is less affected,it is worthy of promotion and application.
