福莫特罗干粉联合茶碱缓释片治疗中度支气管哮喘58例的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 58 Cases of Moderate Asthma Treatment of Formoterol Fumarate Powder Combined with Theophylline Sustained-release Tablets

目的:探讨小剂量的福莫特罗干粉联合茶碱缓释片治疗中度支气管哮喘的疗效、安全性以及药物经济学。方法:选取58例中度支气管哮喘患者,按照随机抽样的方法将其分成A、B两组,每组29例。A组的治疗方式为:福莫特罗干粉吸入(80、4.5μg/吸)早、晚各1次,茶碱缓释片0.2g/次、1次/12h口服;B组为:单纯福莫特罗干粉吸入(160、4.5μg/吸)早、晚各1次;两组疗程均为12周。观察两组患者的临床症状、肺功能、药物反应情况。结果:两组治疗后临床基本控制率、哮喘控制测试评分、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和FEV1占预计值的百分比均优于治疗前(P<0.01),而两组治疗后比较差异、不良反应产生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在费用上,A组的治疗人均药物治疗费用比B组低(P<0.05)。结论:福莫特罗干粉吸入剂联合茶碱缓释片治疗中度支气管哮喘疗效好,不良反应少,且费用相对较低。

Objective：To discuss the curative effect and safety of small dose of formoterol fumarate powder combined with theophylline sustained-release tablet on the treatment of moderate bronchial asthma and pharmacoeconomics.Method：58 cases of patients with moderate bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into A and B group,29 patients in each group.The treatment of A group：the patients were treated with formoterol fumarate powder（80,4.5 μg/suction）in each morning and night,and theophylline sustained-release tablet,0.2 g/time,1 times/12 h orally;group B：the patients were treated only with formoterol fumarate powder（160,4.5 μg/suction）in each morning and night.The course of treatment of these two period lasted for 12 weeks. The clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and responses to the drug of these groups were observed. Result：Clinical control rate, asthma control test score,forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1）and percentage of FEV 1 to predicted values of two groups after treatment were better than that before treatment,the difference between two groups and incidence rate of untoward effect were not statistically significant（P 0.05）.On expenditure,treatment expense per patient of group A was lower than that of group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of formoterol fumarate powder combined with theophylline sustained-release tablet moderate bronchial asthma is good,little untoward effect and is low in expense.
