从环境风险源的可视化管理和应急辅助决策出发,提出了基于3维全景地图的环境风险源管理系统的技术架构,研究了3维全景地图数据的建设过程,并基于3维全景技术实现了环境风险源的全面管控,其研究成果对于其他省市环境风险源的日常监管、应急处置等具有较好的参考价值。

In this paper,from the visual management of environmental,puts forward the technical framework of environmental management system of three-dimensional Panoramic Map.This paper is also about of three-dimensional Panoramic map data construction processes,and how to base on the three-dimensional panorama technology to achieve a comprehensive environmental.The research results have reference value for environmental risk source of other provinces and cities.
