Realization of Comprehensive Monitoring Platform for County - Level Mining Resource

通过空间数据库管理软件+ARCGIS开发组件+VS.NET2008开发工具结合,进行GIS二次开发,集成整合相关矿业管理数据,建立集信息采集与动态监测、地图定位查询与分析、信息比对核查、信息综合分析功能于一体的县级矿产资源综合监管平台,实现县域内矿产资源管理和监管、地质灾害防治的信息化、可视化、智能化,实现国土资源管理行为、开发利用和市场监管的常态化、制度化,以及国土资源管理绩效的科学评估,提高对突发性地质灾害的应急处置能力。

The combination of ＋ ARCGIS and ＋ VS.NET2008 realizes the secondary development of GIS to integrate mining management data and establish the multi-functional county-level mining resource monitoring platform for data collection,dynamic monitoring,map lication and inqury and analysis,and information check,comparison and analysis.The platform achieves the informatization,visualization and intelligence of mining resource management,standarization of land use resource management,development and market monitoring,efficient and scientific evaluation of national land use management performance,and better ability to deal with the emergency of geological disaster.
