16排螺旋CT对肾透明细胞癌的影像学诊断

16 Row Helical CT Imaging Diagnosis of Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma

目的:探讨肾透明细胞癌的MSCT的特点,以提高对本病的认识及诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的16例肾透明细胞癌病例,总结并分析肾透明细胞癌的MSCT表现。结果:16例患者CT平扫均发现肾脏占位,肿瘤最大径可达12cm,形态多样并突向肾外。平扫示病灶呈均匀低密度或混杂密度,可见不同程度钙化。增强皮质期,实性部分显著强化,CT值为+54^+174Hu,增强幅度达+121Hu。本组有明显假包膜征象5例。结论:CRCC具有一定的CT表现特点,MSCT应为CRCC最理想的检查方法。

Objective：To explore the features of MSCT of renal clear cell carcinoma,in order to improve the understanding and diagnostic level.Method：Including the first people’s hospital were retrospectively studied in 16 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma,summary and analysis of the MSCT manifestations of renal clear cell carcinoma.Result：CT scan of 16 cases were found a kidney tumor the largest diameter can be up to 12 cm,morphological diversity and outside to the kidney.Scan lesions showed homogeneous low density or mixed density,shows different degree calcification.Enhanced cortex phase,significantly strengthening solid part,CT value is ＋54~＋174 Hu,increased by ＋121Hu.Our group have obvious psuedocapsule signs in 5 cases.Conclusion：CT manifestation of CRCC has certain characteristics,MSCT for CRCC checking method of the ideal.
