心力衰竭治疗前后心肌酶和肌钙蛋白T及C反应蛋白水平变化分析

Comparative Analysis of Changes of Cardiac Enzymes,Troponin T,C-Reactive Protein before and after Treatment of Heart Failure

目的:探讨心肌酶、肌钙蛋白T(TnT)以及C-反应蛋白水平在心力衰竭治疗前后的变化。方法:选取2011年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的120例心力衰竭患者以及健康者50例进行分析,120例患者设为观察组,50例健康者设为对照组,分析观察组治疗前后心力衰竭患者肌酸激酶同工酶、C-反应蛋白及肌钙蛋白T水平变化,并且在同一时间段内完成对照组相应指标的检测。结果:与对照组相比较,治疗后观察组C-反应蛋白水平基本持平,而观察组肌钙蛋白T和肌酸激酶同工酶在治疗前后虽然出现了显著水平变化,但仍高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭患者临床治疗中,可以通过肌酸激酶同工酶、C-反应蛋白以及肌钙蛋白T水平检测评价患者病情进展以及治疗进展。

Objective：To explore myocardial enzymes,troponin T （TnT） and C-reactive protein levels in heart failure treatment before and after the change.Method：Select January 2011-December 2012,the author’s hospital treated 120 patients with heart failure and 50 cases of healthy subjects were analyzed,and 120 patients as observation group,50 cases of healthy subjects as control group,the analysis of observation group of heart failure patients before and after the treatment of creatine kinase isoenzyme,C-reactive protein and troponin T levels of change,and at the same time complete the control index of corresponding detection.Result：After compared with control group,treatment group C-reactive protein level basically unchanged,while the observation group of troponin T and creatine kinase isoenzyme in although appeared significant change before and after the treatment,but still higher than the control group,two groups compare difference was statistically significant （ P 0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical treatment of patients with heart failure,can through the creatine kinase isoenzyme,C-reactive protein and troponin T levels test evaluation in patients with disease progression and treatment progress.
