预见性护理指引在手足口病患儿护理中的应用效果观察

Effect of Predictive Nursing Guidelines in Nursing Care of Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:探讨预见性护理指引在手足口患儿护理中的临床效果。方法:选取 2008 年 2 月 -2013 年 2 月笔者所在医院传染科收诊的 114 例手足口病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组 57 例患儿给予预见性护理指引,对照组 57 例患儿给予常规护理,以两组患儿的并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用为指标对比两组的护理效果。结果:治疗组患儿的并发症发生率、住院时间和住院费用均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理指引在手足口患儿护理中具有良好的临床效果,可明显减少并发症,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of clinical of predictive nursing guidelines in the care children with hand foot and mouth disease.Method：Our hospital infectious diseases,doctors received from February 2008 to February 2013,114 cases of hand foot and mouth disease children as the research object,using a random number table were divided into the treatment group and the observation group,the treatment group was given predictability nursing guidelines,the control group was given conventional care,comparing the incidence of complications,length of hospital stay,hospital costs,nursing effect of the comparison between two groups.Result：The treatment group children with the incidence of complications,length of stay and hospital costs were significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0.05）.Conclusion：The predictability care guidelines in the care children with hand foot and mouth disease has a good clinical results,can significantly reduce complications,shorter hospital stays,reduce hospitalization costs,it is worth to vigorously promote the use of clinical.
