多普勒超声引导下痔动脉结扎术并直肠肛门修复术治疗痔病临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of Doppler-guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation and Anorectum Repair for Hemorrhoid Diseases

为探讨多普勒超声引导下痔动脉结扎术并直肠肛门修复术（DGHAL—RAR）治疗痔病的手术技巧及临床疗效，利用多普勒超声痔动脉结扎仪对30例内痔及以内痔出血为主的混合痔施行DGHAL—RAR治疗，通过观察术后痔症状有无消失及术后并发症的发生情况分析该术式的临床疗效。结果显示，痔症状（出血、脱出）消失率100％，患者对手术效果满意。随访2周至6个月，无复发和大便失禁。结果表明，多普勒超声引导下痔动脉结扎术并直肠肛门修复术治疗痔病具有安全、有效、术后并发症不明显、住院时间短和恢复快等优点。

This study was to explore the clinical efficacy and surgery technique of doppler-guided hemor- rhoidal artery ligation and repair of the anus and rectum for hemorrhoid diseases. The 30 cases with mixed hemorrhoids which were mainly of bleeding internal hemorrhoids were treated with doppler ultrasound hemorrhoidal artery ligation instrument, then the clinical efficacy of this surgery through observing the postoperative symptoms disappearance and complications of hemorrhoids was analysed. As results, the dis- appearing rate of symptoms（bleeding, prolapse） was 100%,and patients satisfied with the surgery effect. Follow up of 2 weeks to 6 months,no relapse and fecal incontinence were found. The results show that a- bove therapy for hemorrhoid diseases has merits of safety, effect, unobvious postoperative complication, shorter hospital stay and faster recovery, etc.
