PPH加聚桂醇注射治疗重度混合痔的临床分析

PPH plus Injecting Lauromacrogol in the Treatment of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids ：Clinical Analysis

为观察PPH加聚桂醇注射治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，将132例重度混合痔患者分为治疗组46例和对照组86例，治疗组采用PPH加聚桂醇注射治疗，对照组采用PPH治疗，并对两组患者的术中出血量、肛门疼痛、住院时间、并发症及复发率等指标进行比较。结果显示，治疗组疗效及术后复发率与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉O．01），而在术后住院时间、肛门疼痛、术中出血量、手术时间及并发症方面治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，PPH加聚桂醇注射治疗重度混合痔具有疗效好、痛苦小、并发症少、操作简便等优点。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of PPH combined with injection of lauromacrogol in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. The 132 patients with this hemorrhoids were divided into two group：treatment group（46 cases） and control group （86 cases）;the former received PPH combined with injection of lauromacrogol, the latter alone PPH, then the intraoperative bleeding volume, operating time, anal pain, hospital stay, complications and recurrence rate of patients in both groups were compared. As results,in therapeutic effect and recurrent rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P ~0.01）, but in intraoperative bleeding volume, time for surgery, pain of anus, and hospitalization time af- ter operation, and incidence of complication, and so on, treatment group was significantly superior to control groups（ P d0.05）. Results show that this combination therapy for severe mixed hemorrhoids has such ad- vantages as better effect,mild pain,less complication and easy ＆ simple manipulation, etc.
