七叶皂苷钠辅助治疗内痔出血的疗效观察

Observation on Aesculin Sodium Used to Stop Bleeding from Internal Hemorrhoids

为观察七叶皂苷钠联合止血药物治疗内痔出血的疗效，将内痔和以内痔出血为主的混合痔病人100例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组50例采用七叶皂苷钠联合止血药治疗，对照组50例采用抗生素联合止血药治疗。结果显示，治疗组止血效果优于对照组（92％VS68％）。结果表明，七叶皂苷钠对内痔和以内痔出血为主的混合痔有较好的治疗效果。

This study was to explore the curative effect of aesculin sodium combined with other hemostatic used to stop bleeding from internal hemorrhoids. The patients with internal hemorrhoid or mixed hemor- rhoids which main of bleeding internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and con- trol group, 50 cases for each; treatment group received aesculin sodium plus hemostatics, while control group,antibiotics plus hemostatics. As results,in hemostatic efficacy treatment group was superior to con- trol one （92% vs 68%） ,hence it is concluded that for above hemorrhoids aesculin sodium has better effica- cy.
