光子治疗仪配合愈痔洗剂治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床研究

Photon Therapy Apparatus cooperated with Yuzhi Lotion for Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨光子治疗仪配合中药愈痔洗剂坐浴治疗混合痔术后创缘水肿、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀等并发症的临床应用价值，将符合标准的60例行混合痔外剥内扎术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组自术后第1天开始，给予愈痔洗剂坐浴，光子治疗仪照射创面后，用九华膏换药治疗；对照组自术后第1天开始，给予愈痔洗剂坐浴，用九华膏换药治疗；观察并记录痔术后两组患者创缘水肿、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀消失时间，比较两组间临床疗效的差异，评定其治疗效果。结果显示，两组患者在术后创缘水肿、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀消失时间方面，治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，光子治疗仪配合中药愈痔洗剂坐浴在治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后创缘水肿、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀方面疗效确切，效果优于单纯中药坐浴。

This study was to discuss the clinical value of photon therapy apparatus cooperated with Yuzhi lotion sitz bath for postoperative complications o{ mixed hemorrhoids,including edema of wound edges, anal pain,tenesmus sensation of the anus. Sixty cases of mixed hemorrhoids who were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria and received external dissection and internal ligation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases for each. Treatment group was given Yuzhi lotion {or sitz bath,photon therapy apparatus for wound irradiation and Jiuhua ointment for dressing change from the 1st day after operation; control group was given photon therapy apparatus for wound irradiation and Jiuhua ointment for dressing change. Both groups were observed and compared for edema of wound edges, anal pain and the time of disappearance of tenesmus sensation of the anus, then compared the difference of the clinical efficacy and assesed their curative effects. The results showed that treatment group was superior to control group in all above complications（ P d0.05）. It is concluded that photon therapy apparatus coopera- ted with Yuzhi lotion is of certain effect for above postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids and has better effects than simple sitz bath with Chinese medicine.
