摘要
在对比分析屏式过热器出口蒸汽、高压缸排汽、低温再热器出口蒸汽、汽轮机一级抽汽的压力、温度等运行参数的基础上,介绍了亚临界、超临界、超超临界机组吹灰汽源的合理选择模式,定量分析了不同选择模式的经济性,结合国内多台机组的实际运行情况,通过采取合理选择吹灰汽源的方式,达到了节能之目的。
The steam pressure,temperature and other parameters of the outlet steam of the platen superheater,the exhaust steam of the high-pressure cylinder,the outlet steam of the low-temperature reheater and the first extraction of the turbine were analyzed and compared.Based on this,the rational steam source selection modes for soot blower of the subcritical,supercritical and ultra supercritical unit were introduced.The economic efficiency of different selection modes was analyzed quantitatively.Combining with the practical operation situations of multiple domestic units,by means of rational selection of steam source for soot blower,the purpose of energy conservation was achieved.
