超临界对冲燃烧锅炉高温硫腐蚀分析及电弧喷涂防腐应用 被引量:2

摘要 以山西兴能发电有限责任公司超临界对冲燃烧直流锅炉为例,描述了水冷壁高温硫腐蚀的形成过程,提出了超音速电弧喷涂涂层在阻止高温腐蚀方面的优势,介绍了超音速电弧喷涂工艺及涂层特性。对锅炉水冷壁管进行电弧喷涂后,提高了管壁表面的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能。 Taking the supercritical opposed firing once through boiler of Shanxi Xingneng Power Generation Company Limited as example,the forming process of high-temperature sulfur corrosion of water wall was described.The advantages of the supersonic electric arc spraying coating on prevention of high-temperature corrosion were put forward.The technology of supersonic electric arc spraying and the characteristics of the coating were introduced.The arc spraying on the boiler water wall was accomplished,and the wear-resisting and corrosion resistance performance of the tube surface of the water wall were improved.
