摘要
目前的研究表明 ,能够特异性促进肝细胞生长的因子分为两种 :血源性肝细胞生长因子和肝源性肝细胞刺激因子。本文分别综述了这两种因子的来源、结构、理化性质、功能及临床应用 ,阐明二者并非同一物质。
It has been believed so far that there are two types of specific hepatocyte growth stimulators:hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) derived from the blood and hepatic stimulator substance (HSS) derived from the liver.Their derivation,structure,physical chemical characteristics,function and clinical application were reviewed.It was demonstrated that both of them were not the same substances.
