摘要 分析了某电厂350 MW机组运行中#2轴瓦温度高的原因,论述了影响可倾瓦温度的关键因素,通过采取调整轴瓦的载荷分配、合理选择轴承的油隙、修刮可倾瓦的进出油楔等措施,使该轴瓦温度明显降低,确保了机组的安全运行。 The reasons of higher temperature at bearing bush No.2 of the 350 MW unit in a power plant were analyzed.The key factors influencing on the temperature of tilting bearing bush were expounded.Some measures were adopted,which include to adjust the load distribution of the bearing bushes,to select the oil gap of bearings rationally,to scrape the input and output oil wedges of the tilting bearing bushes and others.The temperature of the bearing bush lowered obviously,and the safe operation of the unit is ensured.
