摘要
“白莲洗剂”是一种外用中药复方制剂 ,本文通过体外抑菌实验和动物实验 ,测定其抗菌作用及对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、淋球菌等 9种菌株的最小抑菌浓度。研究表明 ,本品对白色念珠菌有显著抑制作用 ,其抗菌谱广 ,并具杀灭阴道毛滴虫之功效 ;且阴道毒性试验和最大耐受量测定显示 ,本品低毒 ,使用安全。
Bai Lian Lotion is a topical combined preparation of Chinese medicinal herbs.Its antibacterial actions and minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) against 9 strains were determined by tests of bacterial inhibition zones in vitro and in trial animals. The results showed that Bai Lian Lotion had a significant inhibition against candida albicans and a trichomonacide effect, and its antimicrobial spectrum appeared to be broad, with lower toxicity and safety.
