舌三针配合颞三针治疗中风失语症临床观察

Clinical Observations of Tongue Three-needle Combined with Temporal Three-needle in Stroke Aphasia Patients

目的观察舌三针结合颞三针治疗中风失语症的临床疗效。方法将57例患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组28例,治疗组以颞、舌三针配合常规取穴治疗,对照组以传统常规取穴治疗,治疗4个疗程后观察统计分析两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率89.66%,对照组总有效率78.57%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善理解、命名、阅读、书写能力方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颞三针结合舌三针治疗中风失语症疗效显著,且优于传统单纯单纯常规取穴治疗。

Objective： To observe the influence of Tongue three-needle combined with Temporal three-needle in stroke aphasia patients.Methods： 57 cases of stroke aphasia were randomly divided into the treatment group（Tongue three-needle combined with Temporal three-needle,29 cases） and the control group（Conventional acupuncture treatment,28 cases）.After 4 weeks,the clinical curative effects were observed between these groups.Results： The total effective rate of 89.66% in the treatment group was significantly better than 78.57% in the control group.These effects in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group including the understanding,the naming,the reading and the writing（all P 0.05）.Conclusion： Tongue three-needle combined with Temporal three-needle therapy could significantly improve speech function with much significant differences as compared with the conventional acupuncture treatment.
