温阳活血利水法对缺血性心肌病心肌纤维化及心功能的影响

Ameliorative Effects of Wenyanghuoxuelishui Method on the Cardiac Function and Myocardial Fibrosis of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

目的观察温阳活血利水之康达心口服液(院内制剂)对缺血性心肌病(ICM)心力衰竭患者心功能和心肌纤维化的影响。方法 72例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服康达心口服液,治疗14 d后观察疗效。结果治疗组综合疗效、6MWT、EF、FS、Tei指数显著高于对照组,血清NT-proBNP水平显著低于对照组,血清PCⅢ、HA和LN水平显著下降(P<0.05或0.01)。结论温阳活血利水之康达心口服液能显著改善ICM患者心功能,缓解甚至逆转心肌纤维化可能是其作用基础。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Wenyanghuoxuelishui method on the cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy（ICM）.Methods： 72 patients were assigned randomly to the treatment group and the control group.Besides that the western routine therapies were used in 2 groups,the Kangdaxin Oral Liquid was added in the treatment group.After 14 days,the effects of 2 groups were observed and compared.Results： Some indices of the treatment group were higher obviously than those of the control group including the total effect,the 6MWT,the EF,the FS and the Tei.However,these indicators of the treatment group were lower remarkably than those of the control group such as the NT-proBNP,the PCⅢ,the HA and the LN（P 0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion： It is the basis of the Kangdaxin Oral Liquid reverse effects on myocardial fibrosis that this drug can improve the cardiac function of ICM patients.
