摘要
随着计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,信息化对人们的工作学习和生活方式产生了深刻而广泛的影响,同时也给残疾人事业信息化建设带来了新的机遇和挑战。然而由于残疾人群体的特殊性,目前尚没有一个完善的平台能够同时解决残疾人日常生活中的问题和残疾人与社会的融合问题。本文具体阐述基于.NET技术的残疾人电子服务平台的设计与实现过程,同时也为类似系统的开发提供了参考。
With the rapid development of computer and network technology, information had a profound and widespread impact on people＇s work, study and life, but also brought new opportunities and challenges to the informatization for disabled people. However, due to the particularity of disabled people, there is not a perfect platform currently to solve the problems of tgeir daily life and integration with the society at the same time. This paper specifically addressed the design and implementation process of E-services platform based on .NET for disabled people, and also provide a reference to the development of similar systems.
