摘要
采用正交优化的方法,对某线型聚能装药切割器装药的主要参数进行优化设计,并利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对各方案进行了数值模拟,对于同一正交优化表设计的方案采用不同的罩材进行对比计算,获得了各自的最佳参数组合,经分析得到了最佳的参数方案,达到了参数优化的目的。
The main parameters of some linear shaped charge cutter were designed by the orthogonal optimization method, all of the projects were simulated numerically by ANSYS/LS-DYNA program. The contrast calculation for two liner materials was carried out based on the same orthogonal tables, then the best project of the main parameters was obtained, and the purpose of optimization parameters were attained by the analysis of the numerical simulation results.
